Grn-Flex
Renewable Water-based Printing Ink

This line of printing Inks offers excellent low maintenance printing for high line anilox rollers and fine line printing. Grn-Flex offers excellent gloss and hold out for both paper and film applications, maintaining print quality in a renewable low maintenance system. Available in Pantone base line, custom colors and process inks.

Poseidon Series
Low Maintenance Waterbased Printing Ink.

This line of printing Inks offers excellent low maintenance printing for high line anilox rollers and fine line printing. Poseidon Series offers the latest in technology offering excellent gloss and hold out for both paper and film applications, while maintaining print quality and reducing down time. Available for use with anilox volume from 1 to 5 BCM, this system is formulated for use with our Color Matcher Ink Management System.

Dura-Max
Surface High Gloss Series

These Inks have been developed to print fine line type and screens, and bold spot colors, on a large range of non- porous substrates such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, Tyvek, g-vinyl and cling vinyl. Specially formulated for high heat and oil resistance on surface print application These inks are configured to print with anilox volume ranging from 1 to 5 BCM.

Paper Series
pH Stable Printing Ink for Quality on Paper and more

The key to quality print job relies on consistency in components, and inks are no exception. Offering versatility to print on papers and foils, this Paper Series ink also offers pH stability, bold and smooth solids and excellent halftone and process printing. Available for use with anilox volume from 1 to 5 BCM, this system is formulated for use with our Color Matcher Ink Management System.

Laminating Film
Water-based printing ink

All of our lines of water-based inks come in wax-free versions. However our LF inks are specially formulated to achieve a high degree of adhesion on OPP and PE. This allows for maximum bond strengths when printing high-speed lamination work for packaging. Excellent print quality and user-friendly. Available in Pantone base line, custom colors and process inks. We recommend prior testing of all applications prior to production runs. Ask our technical staff for recommendations. Packaging Inks

Direct-Indirect Thermal

High heat and water resistance make this line of water based printing inks an excellent choice for direct or indirect thermal printing applications. This system offers excellent printability on both papers and films and can be used in typical label applications as well. Press ready ink is available for anilox volume of 1 to 5 BCM.

Solvent Resistant
for Quality Printing on Papers, Film & Foils Requiring Resistance Properties

The Solvent Resistant Series of inks is a high quality line of inks and top coats formulated for trouble free printing of high-end graphics. These inks/coatings cure to highly resistant ink/coating films that resist solvents. This is an excellent choice for pharmaceutical labeling where alcohols and antiseptics often contact the printed area. Available for use with anilox volume from 1 to 5 BCM, this system is formulated for use with our Color Matcher Ink Management System.

Shrinkable Films
High Speed Inks for Shrink Film Applications

The Shrinkable Film Series Surface Print Ink System provides the substrate versatility, performance and speed for maximum results. This line offers innovative technology for high-speed, fast-cure inks on shrinkable PVC. It is available in bleed-resistant pigments and will perform on anilox rollers as fine as 2 BCM. A Super Opaque White is available with outstanding opacity and leveling for smooth laydown.

Solventless Lamination
Waterbased Laminating Inks

This line of printing Inks offers converters excellent print quality and destructible bonds in a water-based printing ink. Save time and reduce your energy costs with solvent less lamination. This system offers the latest in technology for clean printing and remarkable adhesion. This system is formulated for use with our Color Matcher Ink Management System.

Flo-Glow Fluorescent

High brilliants, fast drying, clean printing fluorescent inks. Excellent shelf and strong bold colors. Heavier coverage for greater brilliance. We recommend a 4 to 5 BCM anilox be used. Heavier volume rolls can be used if desired.

Over Print
Water-based and UV Coatings

Conventional forced-air dry water-base and energy cure (UV/EB) coatings are available for many applications on papers, films, and foils for labels to multi-wall bags to non-skid corrugated top coats. Custom coatings can be formulated to meet the needs of specific applications either for application or performance conditions.

Active-Cure U.V.
UV Series Inks for Quality Printing on Paper and Film.

This ink offers versatility to print on papers and film, our UV Series of flexo-graphic inks offer bold and smooth solids and excellent halftone and process printing. Available for use with anilox volume from 1 to 3 BCM, this system is formulated for use with our Color Matcher software.

Additive
Additives for Press-side Application

Additives are infrequently used, but on occasion the need arises to attend to the inks or coatings based on the ambient press-room conditions, or other external situations that may occur. Please call your representative or our technical staff for recommendations and proper use.
